BEIGE
Depending on whether homozygous or heterozygous, the beige colour can vary from very light (often as light as pink white, but with a more creamy look) to blonde to dark beige. When a beige chinchilla's fur oxidises with age (or over-exposure to the sun) the fur can almost appear orangey. Beige chins have pink to dark red eyes. Originally called Tower Beige.
